Sacred Heart Conference.
Sacred Heart School of Theology will
host a March 26, 2010
symposium on Karl Rahner featuring a lecture by Msgr. Patrick Burke
entitled "Rahner: End or Beginning?" Father Andreas Batlogg, SJ will
offer a prepared response, and the discussion will be moderated by the
seminary's Father Melvin Michalski.

Karl-Rahner-Archiv, München,
under the direction of Pater Dr. Andreas R. Batlogg SJ,
is dedicated to preserving Rahner's literary legacy.

Father Thomas F. O'Meara, OP, the William K. Warren Professor of Theology
Emeritus at the University of Notre Dame, will give this year's
Rahner
Lecture under the auspices of the KR Archiv. Entitled "The
American Rahner: The Influence of a German Theologian on US Catholicism," it
will take place in Munich on April 23-24, 2010. |
